Appointment types vary depending on need – Below are samples of how we might spend time together

 1. Reiki restorative: A slow, therapeutic practice of supported asana; massage and Reiki are preformed on the body to channel energy and remove blockages or postural patterns. 

2.Therapeutic Hatha: yin/restorative fusion with therapeutic movement in between; includes essential oils, and a neck, hand or foot massage

3. Yang to yin: Core based strengthening practice followed by deep, long held, stretches plus neck or foot massage in savasana

OR TAILOR YOUR OWN –

  1. 90 minute one-on-one assisted stretching and strengthening tailored to your body specifics without the crowd.
  2. Hands-on assistance provides relief and a deeper understanding of each shape and it’s purpose.
  3. A holistic approach to working through your chronic pain or stress
  4. Follow-up stretches and sequences to take home.
  5. Progress tracking to show you how far you’ve come, where you’re going and clearly state your goal

Corporate bookings: 25+ students and/or private, one-on-one sessions with employees to help manage stress. Both asana, and directed mindfulness tools are utilized and taught in 45, 60 or 90 minute blocks.  This type of health related mindfulness can make a huge difference in the amount of sick days any given company has to pay out over the course of a year!
