“There’s so much more to it than the physical appearance of the postures. I’ve always believed a holistic approach to the body is the best way to take care of our most precious gift. Yoga provides us with the body awareness to discover injury, or tension and to help the process of healing by preventing the injury from getting worse and by providing space and circulation to the area. It also calms the mind and alleviates stress. Using my ability to communicate and the adjustments taught to me by certified professionals I would like to bring ease and stillness into my community.”
