I am so excited to announce I have completed my 250 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Tree Studios and am now a certified Yoga Instructor in the Toronto area! Can’t wait to share this part of my journey with you, and hope you enjoy following as I share tips and tricks with you.
